After working at several dealerships and independent shops, I saw a need for customers to be treated as people, not numbers. I also saw first-hand the lack of communication between the customers, service advisors, and technicians. This is where misinformation tends to be given to the customer, and why I’ve always preferred to talk directly with customers so that I could get the best information and be able to fix the vehicle more efficiently — the first time around. Not only that, but I also saw a lot of dishonesty in the business. So, I decided that the best way to fix it was to start my own shop.

I opened in 2009, working out of the garage in my house. My customers were mainly friends from church or neighbors. Since then, my business has grown strictly from word of mouth. Now we are in a 5,000 sq ft facility with multiple technicians. I firmly believe in treating customers the way I want to be treated. For example, I hate getting estimates that don’t include tax. So, when I give an estimate it always includes parts, labor, and tax.
